CSN is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Journeyman Electrician to support our continual growth. The primary role of this position involves installing control devices and low voltage wiring systems, commissioning, and performance verifying completed Building Automation control systems.

The ideal candidate is a top performer who brings high levels of energy and enthusiasm, can work independently, and works well with a diverse team.

GENERAL REQUIRMENTS

  • Washington EL-01 Electrical License (Other state electrical licenses a plus)
  • Proven experience installing low voltage controls and electrical systems in commercial and institutional buildings
  • Knowledge and experience with other technology systems such as addressable fire alarm systems, security systems, and video surveillance systems is a plus.
  • Experience and knowledge includes the use of computers for system check-out.
  • Ability to read and interpret control and electrical drawings
  • Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Diagnostic and mechanical skills
  • >50% travel involved
  • Must be able to lift 100 lb. and able to work at heights up to 10 feet
  • Must have ability to perceive differences in wire and cable color
  • Must possess valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
